The requested security information is either unavailable or can't be displayed
Hi,
I moved to Windows 7 not too long ago and its driving me batty. Currently, I am downloading a PDf from Microsoft technical site and it won't let me save it to folder I created a administrator of my own PC. I get an option to save it to a folder of my name
in users' OK, its not what I want but OK, save it there! I then go to the folder to get it and move it. Does it appear, no!
I then say to myself, first sign of madness but I am futrher then that now!, perhaps I didn't save it into the folder. I try save it again, and see the file in the save dialog. Eventually, I notice a few files all with pdf extension. If I look at folder
throgh explorer none of them are there. If I look at properties on the files from the ssave dialog, I see they have ' The requested security information is either unavailable or can't be displayed'. Can anyone shed any light on how to resolve this.
Can I not download files to me own PC?
Thanks for any assistance.
